I am having the worst after service from Atterbury Motors. A noise on my car which was there 1 week after delivery of the vehicle was never fixed entirely and now that I am hearing it again, they say it is wear and tear. I received my car in January so what wear and tear can there be in a matter of 2 months. Do not fall for their promises and do yourself a favour and insist on a full diagnostic report before purchasing. Promises were made by a sales person who no longer works there and now the manager and the after sales team not assisting.
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my second hand vehicle from them. Mr JP Nel was exttemely helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to people buying a second hand vehicle to go through them.
I placed an order for fibre in Dec 2022 and while waiting for my router made several calls and they ended up duplicating my order. They eventually delivered the router but not able to activate it because they say the router is linked to the duplicate order and not the first order. How difficult can it be to delete an order and link the router to the correct order and activate my router
