I purchased a drone from them with a camera attached. Once I tried to activate the camera function I was in formed that I would now be required to sign up for a annual contract of my choice with another service provider to activate the camera function. As this was not a suitable arrangement for me I requested to return the drone unused and be refunded. Needless to say that every avenue I followed as per their instructions ie. email, whatsapp & phone calls all go unanswered and without response. This is totally in contradiction with their returns policy. I give this service provider a big NO NO and stay away from.
Duzi Electrical has a lucrative contract with Msunduzi Municipality to replace the electrical power cables along Town Bush & Chase Valley Rd. They excavated on the pavement and decided without permission to place all their stock and staff toilets on my large lawn in front of my complex. Two weeks ago late on Friday afternoon they broke the water supply pipe to my meter. Upon reporting the matter to them the attitude was that council will fix it when they get time. We had no water the entire weekend. Once the pipe was repaired we did not even receive an apology. Now two weeks later Duzi Electrical has now come and collected all their stock and ******* off my property. I now find we have no water again and upon inspection I find that they have again broken the same pipe at the same place. It is again Friday afternoon and now I am again transferred from person to person to try and get some response and have the pipe repaired. The manager undertakes to phone me back with a plan of action and before ringing off I asked if he had my number. The response is plainly, no you better give it to me. The report back on the problem is that the council pipe is rusted and it is no longer their problem. The staff did see it leaking again but did not report it because it is no longer their problem. Great service Duzi you get a very big NO from me.
I bought material from CTM Pietermaritzburg to revamp my entire main en-suite. Materials were left over from their staff over ordering. I was given a refund via my mastercard through their FNB card machine. I was told the refund would reflect in between 7-10 days. 2 months later and still no refund. The staff and manager have a no care attitude and I am advised to take it up with FNB myself. Stay clear is my advice. Any refund demand cash.
Purchased a Smart watch 8+. Watch is suppose to monitor your training whilst swimming being on of the programs. Watch is not waterproof and blacked out within seconds. Poor product and reporting the matter is no use as no response is received re refund
