I entered into a monthly subscription on19th July 2024. I cancelled the subscription on 19th August 2024. I received a confirmation of the cancellation but they are still debiting me with a monthly subscription through the FastPay service. I have entered into disputes via my bankers but they persist with the monthly subscription.
I cancelled my subscription with Overstrand Herald but PayFast kept on debiting my account.
I placed an order with Snatcher on 23/11/2022. To date I have not received the goods and when I send an email querying the outstanding order I get an automated standard response that they will look into the matter, but never receive any feedback.
