I baught a Defy top loader washing machine from a big retail store. The washing machine broke about 2 to 3 months after I baught it. I contacted Defy service centre and got a job card number. To date no service has been provided. Even after the retail store also contacted Defy(good service from this retail store). I feel Defy warranty offers a service they can only provide to people living within a certain km radius. They should take note of this and ajust there service accordingly. Be aware if you live too far that is convenient for them you wont see a technician.
Baught a Defy top loader washing machine in april 2022. The machine has already broken. After logging a complaint with their service centre and informed them that I live 120km away from the nearest centre and must be notified a day inadvance I recieved a job card no. Late January 30 min before technician would be in area the service centre informed me of this visit, I was not home. I was then informed that because of this i would just have to wait intil other job cards were logged for my area which could take months. What is the use of offering a service and then not being able to perform said maintenance service. In the mean time I am without a washing machine
