We have had horrible service with KLM regarding a claim back from our suitcases that was not put on a flight - we had to buy very few clothing items ( which they said we need to get) Now that we are putting in the claim - they have had excuse after excuse for the past 4 Months. we have sent all documentation numerous times and every time they say we need to send it again or send us to another department - that we have sent it to. It is definitely an excuse and postponement of paying us back. Terrible service and not owning up to your mistakes. Will never fly with them again
ABSA is probably one of the worst banks to Bank or have your insurance with. 1. They take WEEKS to respond to any query and they leave you on hold for so long that you end up having to put the phone down. 2. When you manage to get through - theres a language barrier for english and they give you the same answer over and over not understanding the issue. 3. When you log an issue for insurance (it takes weeks) they get back with first saying they will cover and sort out the issue and then weeks later they change their mind leaving you not being able to do anything. 4. They always leave it in the hands of someone else and about 3-5 different people then neither of them knows what the issue was in the first place then they need to get back to you (and that takes more weeks) 5. I've closed all my accounts with them. Now wanting to stop my insurance - noyone has gotten back to us. We even went into the bank and they couldnt help us. Calling them takes ages , no reply on emails. They are absolutely pathetic. It's been months dealing with Absa and we have had enough. I dont want business with them at all in any way. Wanting to move our insurance and cant do that because they do not get back to us to cancel. 6. Lastly - Please hire people that has knowledge about the banking industry and that can speak effective English.
