Highly unprofessional

Highly unprofessional. After 9 emails back & forth discussing my security needs and getting a quote, I travel 200km to purchase goods and I'm told that because I'm not one of their clients, they will not sell to me. This is information that could have been conveyed to me prior to me traveling all the way to Nelspruit. They made no attempt to rectify the issue. An absolute waste of time and money.
