Good day, Boncap has becoming the worst medical aid ever, since they starting doing there own administrator they dont pay claims or they claims late, my son is disabled and i have been doing his medical aid for years, i phoned yesterday again due to non payment on claims and was told that due to the po pi act they can no longer help me, but yet when i phone every single month with the same problem not once was it said that they cant help me no longer, how is it that they are happy to receive the membership funds but can pay for claims, how can this be resolved once and for all, i am so sick of this fight every single month and when you ask to speak to a manager you get told they are not avallable,

i placed a order on the 18th March 2024, paid for next day delivery, received 2 sms saying they could not get hold of me and could not deliver, but not once have my phone rang from no driver they can send sms but not phoning you
I have been trying since Dec 2023, for Bonitas to send me the approval letter on my sons, catheters, ever since we change my son to be the main member we have had problems, almost every second month we get a reminder of claims not been paid by the medical aid, i just dont get joy from them
Funny how you can never get hold of Vodacom, only means is when they phone you, they refunded me for a devise that was send back as i did not want it, but they still charging me for subscription fees, i also know that there is 1 or 2 lines that i can cancel but you can get hold of them
Ek is baie ongelukkig met Bonitas Boncap 1 September het my seun van oor gegaan op sy eie medies as hooflid, asl moes die selfde gebly het, kronies en so aan, Wel ongelukkig het dit nie so gebly nie, sy kroniese medikasie wat goed gekeur was word kort betaal en daar kan nie net n rede gegee word nie, ons betaal my seun se medies want hy is dependant aan ons en verandwoorlik vir als, maar dis n vreeslike kopseer vandat hy op sy eie gesit is, tot ons konsultant kan nie eens regkom nie, as jy bel is dit n lang ding van kies die no,kies daardie no, na 10 min van om met iemand te praat gaan die foon dood. hoe wen n mens, vinnig om jou geld te vat maar kan nie n probleem wat aan hulle kan is reg maak nie
Both myself and our broker have been trying to get the medical aid to have to things registered as chronic, my Disabled son was a dependent on my medical aid but we have asked the medical aid to have him on his own medical aid and that he is a main member, everything should stay the same except the member code, well this is not, ,my son is using catheters and that was chronic now been on his own they did not put that down as chronic, i have been emailing and phoning with no help, i am with my hands in my hair as his catheters was only covered for 3 weeks a month and is almost R 4000k they now only covers half of that, why is it so much to ask to have a duplicate file with just a new member number
Still have not received my order that was placed and paid on the 25 Jan 2023, got hold of them on Friday 10th of Feb 2023, asked for a refund, still waiting for it, however the lady was so nice to give there address ( Wonder if she ever gave me the correct one) as i said i need to see to the manager whom is forever in a meeting, the poor man must be so tired of all the meetings as he is in and out of meeting,
I ordered and paid (R 555.00) for a NLV My Kreatiewe Joernaal Bybel on the 24th Jan 2023, till now no delivery has taken place, they don't response on emails can't get hold of them on their number that is on the web side. I really think this is bad for business.
