Rain has limited ways to work on one account . Example the challenge that I am expecting of the data that is add for hundred rand I can't do any changes till next month . That is unfair on me as a customer now I am forced to pay an added amount that I do not have. I think consultants must have authority to help the customer fully by having an obsession on their side to be helpful to the customer . It is really frustrating to call with your money and still do not get the help one is hoping for. The other issue I s about easy pay why as a customer I have to call so many times asking for that number , why was that never sent to without me asking for it as a customer. So that I can choose the payment option please look into that it will make life easy if the information I need will be at hand without any stragglers.
She is passionate, helpful and she makes sure that the service runs smoothly and she loves what she is doing. She prob very well and she is easy to understand
