Rude and Insulting

I have been a loyal custom of Pool Magic since we lived in Glendower over 30 years ago. In the last month i have spent an exceptionally large amount of money to replace the filter and chemicals to get the water blue. The water is still green, so today I went into the store with a water sample and to purchase a basket. I arrived 15 minutes before opening. Anna was very willing to serve me but when i entered the store the saleslady was extremely rude and insulting. There are many other pool companies to support where you will be treated with respect.- and you will probably also be saving money and getting far better service for repairs.
