Xtreme Auto extereme *****.

I refer to Xtreme Auto that advertise on Auto TRader. They advertised a 2021 Nissan X-trail 1.6CDI Tekna. Stated that is comes with leather seats and navigation among its features. The photos show a x-trail with cloth seats and no navigation screen. Price was good though and I thought I am still interested. I redquested a DEKRA report at my own cost. Word was that the report was good and I asked for an Offer to Purchase to be completed. OTP again showed that I am buying a Nissan Xtrail 2021 1.6 CDI Tekna. Before proceeding I got my hands on the DEKRA reports and it showed that the car was actually a 2019 2.5 litre petrol. The sales persons response : Sorry I made a mistake. I must say I am disgusted that this can happen. If some unexpected customer received that vehicle the first stop at the filling station would already ber disastrous. Sorry I made a mistake does not cut it. Personally I feel they should be forced to now give me the car in the OTP. THat will make them think twice about making a mistake like that again. BE careful of dealing with this company. PS I have the Auto trader Placement, the OTP and the DEKRA report to support my review.
