The first time my family and I went to Joy Jozi we had the best time ever: the children were well entertained, the food was divine and the service was exceptional; we had gone for Breakfast. We decided to go again, this time for my partners birthday - we were expecting the same experience as the first time and unfortunately that was not the case : the video games were not working (this is part of the experience they offer) the steak was the worst I have ever had, my daughters milkshake tasted weird- she didnt even want to drink it, the service was below average. It was not a great experience at all :( it was a bad experience. It felt like we went to 2 different places - maybe it's best to go in the Morning when everyone is still energetic. Needless to say we ended my partners birthday on a low note :( Would I recommend it? Not sure, after the first experience I became an ambassador for the place, calling family and friends encouraging them to go to the place. Ammm... I would recommend they go for breakfast, definitely not for Dinner
I have been trying to cancel an MTN contract with no luck, when I go to the store to cancel, they tell me that I need to call 135, everytime I call 135 I am not able to get through to a Service consultant to cancel as the voice prompts always say they are not available and that I should call later, this has been the case since 2022 :( Every month I accumulate money for a contract I have been trying to cancel since forever, which I could have used for something else.
Avoid Crazy Plastics Edenglen at all costs! You would rather drive a few more km to Greenstone/ Stoneridge/ anywhere really. My wife and I went there today (5 Feb 2023) and the manager in charge on the day was RUDE and IMPATIENT, the people who work there are generally helpful, but that store manager needs to be trained to work with people as he is in a service business. It really made me miss WestPack, which used to be there before, a few months ago- they were always helpful and patient.
