Barclays Bank UK are absolutely usless. Customer service and feed back atrocious. One can hardly ever speak to a human always to a computerised voice. Can’t email a complaint. The whole system is antiquated. Have to,write and post a letter. Really!!! In this day and age?Or to some remote call centre .Can’t get answer to a question. After more than thirty years of banking with them, can’t believe the service. Don’t bank with them!!! Totally and utterly usless.
