Karma Pools Disaster

Do not use this company. (http://karmapools.co.za/) Having previously used him to replace a pool pump which was a terrible experience, I asked him to come and check because less than 5 months later it didn't seem to be working properly and was still under warranty. He sent his technician Arthur who said the problem was actually with the pipes from the weir to the pump. I stupidly paid Jacques (though I see that he sometimes changes his name, see the other hellopeter reviews, but im referring to the the owner of Karma pools) more than 50% upfront as he said he needed to buy the materials. Jacques sent people to dig a trench and replace the pipes and they ended up breaking the weir, leaving me with a bigger problem. Second mistake, I then paid him an additional 50% upfront to replace the weir. He then strung me along for weeks saying he was on his way but never pitched up and giving a wide variety of excuses. He eventually stopped answering his phone or replying to my messages. I lost my money and ended up with a disaster in my pool and garden.
