After receiving a personal email from Anelle at Eden & Co, as well as a TikTok video stating that I would receive my order before Christmas, I still have not received it. This is extremely disappointing. How can you lie to your customers like this? I understood Eden & Co to be a Christian company that upholds Christian values. Now I have nothing to give on Christmas.
DAY 35 OF WATING FOR MY ORDER. WHAT A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY! I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT TOMORROW. I WILL NOT PAY A SCENT. VODACOM KEEPS ON SAYING THEY ARE AWARE OF MY PROBLEM, BUT THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING REGARDING MY SITUATION.
It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order online and I still haven't recieved my device. I already accepted the debicheck and everything else is in order. They keep on saying the same thing over and over -"We will get stock on Friday". Last week they said they recieved 151 units and when I called today they said that they were out of stock. I will not pay a cent until I revieve my order. I am also moving on the 26th of December and I hope I will recieve my order before then, if not I will gladly schedule an appointment with the ombudsman.
I ordered a new macbook air 13" m1 that comes with airpods 4 (with active noise cancellation), and a small portable huawei router. This was 2 week ago. After I accepted the debicheck, I recieved a message that vodacom was out of stock. They never said that they were out of stock, it didn't even ahow on the website. Now I have been calling countless times and jt the same story all over again. "We get stock on Friday, we get stock on Friday." Like I said its been 2 weeks and nothing, my debit order is also supposed to go off. I will not pay a cent until I recieve my laptop.
