Toxic Workplace
Leon that man does not know how 2 greet his staff.He is very arrogant.He is bipolar.He does not pay people all he knows is to threaten people by telling them they will lose their jobs.The same people he blackmails daily makes the business happen for him but he never ever says Thank You.We always hear there's no money in the company to carry people.There is only ladies working there to abuse them because men will not tolerate his toxic ways,people's mental is at stake there.He took his employees out for Xmas lunch on a budget is that how u thank people that has been working 4 u for a whole year.Telling them they are allowed to only eat for R200 wow what a shame.He is heartless that is why people don't last at his company.Prices of food are going up but the salaries by him remains the same.All he does is complain of the company doors that he is going to close how ungrateful of him.He demotivates his staff with negative meetings and money issues which shouldn't concern the staff but he always tells them there's no money to carry people.wow you never know there if you have a job the next day.He does not have a caring bone is his body for people.That is why people look for other jobs.The environment is so unhealthy.His employees fainted and get sick he just looks at them and sits in his office he couldn't care driving them to hospital or nearest clinic or doctor.His employees can die infront of him.Supervisor had to take his employee to the hospital with her car and he was just worried about Sales not the wellbeing of his staff.People don't get payslips there why not what is he hiding.Not once was a payslip seen by anyone if you ask he gets annoyed because he robs with commission no one gets commission.What happens to the money of the sales made.He has a hidden agenda with everything even payslips.Every women working there is just there because they desperate for a job.Leads are so bad it's recycled leads but he demands Sales and expect miracles.Those leads were dialed before by others.He wants to know in detail when a lady gets sick there sies how creepy.I can write all day of that horror movie place.That place is so dirty he is stingy why does he not have a cleaner he shouts at people to clean.People are not cleaners.They suppose to work for you to make Sales not slaves and cleaners.What a joke of a boss.People are scared to speak out because they might lose their jobs.He only smiles when clients pay with other people sweat and tears.He is bipolar.He should go and read how to run a good business and keep a healthy environment.When you greet him he keeps quiet he's so rude.He makes people work overtime keep in mind ladies working there till late.It is not safe at all.He climbs in his car all safe.Ladies get mugged.Please look st that mental place.He never sees anything wrong with him or his ways never.He is Leon Tolken after all rude,cold-hearted,very racist.He sanitizes everytime a black person touches his things.
