Theres this lady that helped me with my profile and reducing my debt, she would call me everytime to update, get me all the documents, explain everything in a detail, she is very polite, she must get an increase her name is Sanele!

I am making sure i report Leon Tolken to the labour law. He is *****ing he is saying that his business is closed down but he still operates.Why is Tandem Credit Relief Services still operating it closed 31 July 2023. Everyone signed that his business is closed down but it operates if the labour but find out wow.People working there is entitled to their papers as well because they signed that Tandem Credit Relief Services is closed.They are as per the Labour Law entitled to claim.Why are you keeping people there under lies.Attention!Attention! To all CLIENTS of Tandem Credit Relief Services that company is a ***** that owner Leon Tolken charges a ridiculous amoumt to supposedly help to clear clients but clients pay and pay for what when do they get rehabilitated NEVER.Take your money and run that company must refund you.That man eats the money of the client's and robs his staff with salary.That heartless ruthless farce of a man will soon get his day.Leon was fired from the company Credit Clear as a manager not retrenchment because of figures that he thinks he knows that didn't add up money getting lost but going into his bank account.Why does every company that he is involved in not make money and lose a lot of staff.I feel so sorry for his business partner Danie Goosen he is such a great honourable man and knows how to lead people he is being fooled and blind sided not knowing Leon.Danie start looking at the books wake up you are being conned.Leon likes defending himself he is a manipulator.Leon Tolken look at yourself take the blame take responsibility take accountability.Practice what you preach sir.His leads are recycled he doesn't buy them.He takes R250 from his staff if they are 5 minutes late.He takes R5000 from his staff for 3 or 4 personal wow.People can't be sick then he wants pin location how sick in the head is he.Danie rewarded the people for their hard work and efforts he acknowledge the staff what does Leon do just blame people again he feels there is nothing wrong with him he knows it all.Leon you are moving to a new place word of advice if you really don't change which you never will then that business too will fail i can bet you.Leon have you ever given your condolences to any of your staff members if one of their family members passes on.No you have never because you just concentrate on taking their money for unpaid.Have you ever felt pitty for your staff if they are sick.If you are not human well others are.Stop using people.On the documents it states that Candice Meyer is the employer she is an employee there the way that man is a **** he cant use his own name on his false documents for his **** company but labour will know about it to his the employer he is supposed to sign his documents not a client service agent.Your are using innocent people to protect your farce of a name Leon shame you are a joke.His company stamp says Tandem Debt Solutions so we are working for Danies Company as well.Leon you are a ***** labour will gladly take my case and your staff will be my witnesses.Bargaining council will definitely close your business down.Clients will know about your **** company and you will loose clients.Leon Tolken just do what you are good at gamble and drink.Go to work drunk infront of your employees and expect the ladies that works there to respect you but let someone come to work with a hangover you have a big issue but they see it from the BOSS.

Waste of Money and Unprofessional.
I cancelled Debit Order before the debit order date yet money was still taken . Three months prior that I paid for services that were not rendered to me .I was the one who had to constantly update Nhlanhla their Debt Consolidation Manager and nothing was done on their side.I totally waisted over R2 000 trying to resolve my debts .I could have just paid the money myself to my debts and I thought this was going to help me with mediation.

Toxic Workplace
Leon that man does not know how 2 greet his staff.He is very arrogant.He is bipolar.He does not pay people all he knows is to threaten people by telling them they will lose their jobs.The same people he blackmails daily makes the business happen for him but he never ever says Thank You.We always hear there's no money in the company to carry people.There is only ladies working there to abuse them because men will not tolerate his toxic ways,people's mental is at stake there.He took his employees out for Xmas lunch on a budget is that how u thank people that has been working 4 u for a whole year.Telling them they are allowed to only eat for R200 wow what a shame.He is heartless that is why people don't last at his company.Prices of food are going up but the salaries by him remains the same.All he does is complain of the company doors that he is going to close how ungrateful of him.He demotivates his staff with negative meetings and money issues which shouldn't concern the staff but he always tells them there's no money to carry people.wow you never know there if you have a job the next day.He does not have a caring bone is his body for people.That is why people look for other jobs.The environment is so unhealthy.His employees fainted and get sick he just looks at them and sits in his office he couldn't care driving them to hospital or nearest clinic or doctor.His employees can die infront of him.Supervisor had to take his employee to the hospital with her car and he was just worried about Sales not the wellbeing of his staff.People don't get payslips there why not what is he hiding.Not once was a payslip seen by anyone if you ask he gets annoyed because he robs with commission no one gets commission.What happens to the money of the sales made.He has a hidden agenda with everything even payslips.Every women working there is just there because they desperate for a job.Leads are so bad it's recycled leads but he demands Sales and expect miracles.Those leads were dialed before by others.He wants to know in detail when a lady gets sick there sies how creepy.I can write all day of that horror movie place.That place is so dirty he is stingy why does he not have a cleaner he shouts at people to clean.People are not cleaners.They suppose to work for you to make Sales not slaves and cleaners.What a joke of a boss.People are scared to speak out because they might lose their jobs.He only smiles when clients pay with other people sweat and tears.He is bipolar.He should go and read how to run a good business and keep a healthy environment.When you greet him he keeps quiet he's so rude.He makes people work overtime keep in mind ladies working there till late.It is not safe at all.He climbs in his car all safe.Ladies get mugged.Please look st that mental place.He never sees anything wrong with him or his ways never.He is Leon Tolken after all rude,cold-hearted,very racist.He sanitizes everytime a black person touches his things.

Worst company to ever work for.. Managing director doesn't give jack ass about his employees and all he cares about is the money..if you ever consider working there know that you'll be drained and write through.. Favoritism and unprofessional are his second names together with his partner who does not even greet when he goes there..they bribe their way to the top even labour department went but didn't do anything... working hours are crazy and people are forced to work overtime yet not paid for it

Selling dreams to people
I have not been working so I have not been paying my home choice account which I ended up being blacklisted for. I was then contacted by this company which promised to assist me with clearing my name. When the lady called me she told me about the once off R999 which I did pay and then after paying I received a call from another lady that works there and she told me that they can't help me pay the money ai was owing home choice but they can speak to them on my behalf and ask them to lower my debt. She then sent me a contract which stated that I have to pay them Tandem debt solutions R3000 in installments so that they can be able to speak to home choice on my behalf. So the R3000 is on top of the R999 which means in I full I would have paid them R4000 for just lowering my debt of R1700. When the lady called again the one who sent me the documents I then told her that the 1st lady did not state that I will pay another R3000 on top of the R999 she then responded and said please allow me to go and listen to the recording. Luckily my phone records call I then listened on my own and she 1st lady on the call did not state about the extra R3000 she then called me the second day in a rush and asked that did I tell you that the R999 excludes the service fee. I just responded yes to everything she was saying that day because I did not have a clear view of what was happening I just thought she was speaking about the once off R999. So I told the second lady that I will not be able to go ahead with the deal and she just said okay and did not return my R999. The first lady's name was Khululiwe.

Guys I have a serious problem with this company, I have cancelled my contract with them after they told me they can't remove my name on debt review but the person who assist me she told me they will remove me and I was almost pay them a amount of R3780, please help me to get my money back course to me it very clear I was been robbed, the where supposed to tell me the time were opend a file the won't assist me I have to pay all my debit first then they can help but I can see why they didn't tell me because they wanted to eat my money Please stay away from this company they even refuse to give me calls record
