Bad service I have been calling and holding on for 2 hrs and each time I am caller number 6/7 forever which means they are service the same person for 2 hrs. I was using MTN Lte uncapped and asked them to move me to Telkom LTE and cancel the MTN LTE now they are billing me for both lines and I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this.
I have been a client of Budget Insurance for over 5 years and never struggled with anything.
The worst company to request for fibre from especially fi their fibre infrastructure is with Vumatel . Now you find yourself in a postion of being the one who is constantly chasing them for feedback or installation ,now 3 months later they are saying there is no infrastructure and to top it up I need to wait 7-14 days for a refund . They suppose to refund immediately in this case
I really don't understand how they work .I last heard from them when they initIated a Debit Order and since then I am not getting any updates or Statements .Should you not be sending statements monthly ? Who do I contact for Statements?
I cancelled Debit Order before the debit order date yet money was still taken . Three months prior that I paid for services that were not rendered to me .I was the one who had to constantly update Nhlanhla their Debt Consolidation Manager and nothing was done on their side.I totally waisted over R2 000 trying to resolve my debts .I could have just paid the money myself to my debts and I thought this was going to help me with mediation.
I have been interacting with Simbarashe Chikuni . He has been the best Financial Consultant so far ,providing feedback etc although there has been a misunderstanding with his Finance Team whereby they deducted more than the agreed in first month and it has been almost 3 weeks and I am still not getting my refund. Either than that everything has been smooth sailing and I got updates from variance Teams as well with regards to my progress.
Service not too bad I bought on Black Friday Special and they estimated 14th Dec as arrival of items and I kept on getting constant updates about were is the parcel and this just now I got the parcel.
