I bought and paid in full a dining room suite in Nov 2022, paid R31200. I never received my order and have not received a refund. The manager acknowledges they owe but they keep citing financial challenges. Surely you can keep my money forever, they should atleast try pay but no they make empty promises.
I would like to report kulula for unfair and unethical client services. I booked a flight from East London to JHB for Dec 2020. They canceled my 3pm flight for an 8am flight sent me a message stating that my flight has been canceled I will be booked into an alternative flight without details or times, had to call them to find out the times. I said I can not fly at 8am as I have businesses to attend to, its best if I get my refund as cancelling was not my fault. They refused to give me my refund, I dealt with Shana at the call center. I really can not fly at the time so it means i'm going to forfeit my money. It would be better if the flight was delayed but to but to except people to fly 7 hrs earlier without an option for refund its really unfair and unethical to keep people's money.
