They don’t answer calls at all. The faculty where they do assessments. Even emails, if you go there in person they will tell you that they are going to do it. Have been there several times nothing is happening.

Its been 3months now, no feed back from defy. They just ignore your complaints. I bought a dishwasher from them and it only worked for 5 months. No one has come to me, all they do is just giving me a reply on hellopeter. Even the House and Home can’t help. They are good if they want your money only. I am in pain
I bought a defy dishwasher end of last year. It just stopped working from nowhere. I had to contact them earlier this year. They came and said they were going to order the parts. They never came back upto now. They don’t even answer your phone call, no customer care. I’m so disappointed because I did spend lots of money to buy a defy appliance which didn’t pass the quality test. My heart is broken again with the way they treating me.
