I recently acquired a new apartment. I made the mistake of choosing Accelerit to be my fibre network service provider because after signing up, showing them a picture of the fibre box in the unit and paying the initiation fee. They told me all I needed to do was to collect the modem and my wifi will be connected. Turns out that was a lie because later they informed me that there is a missing power cable that was not stated before making the payment and that I will not be able to connect the wifi until I get that sorted. It's been over a week and I still have not received the required power cable and I'm with no wifi in my unit which is an inconvenience to my life & plans. I emailed the support team wanting my money back for the poor service and they have the nerve to put my request as a "medium" priority. Which just goes to show that they don't really care about my issue. I hope they don't really care about my money either because I want it back and they not getting anymore of it.
Do your self a favour and run when you see this fibre service provider. I've been waiting now for over a week for a power cable to be delivered to my unit. The consultants helping me with this are useless. They keep telling me that the technicians are going to deliver it at a certain time and the technicians don't arrive on the agreed time wasting my time. When they arrange another day for me and I stipulate the time they need to come they agree and just don't show up. This is horrible service. I am unable to connect fibre at my unit until this is resolved but the people at Celerity couldn't be bothered. I try calling the consults nobody is picking up. Lies, empty promises, no support & poor service is what you can expect from this network company. Good luck!
