Don’t ever choose them as a service provider. They charge more for the same ISP’s and they don’t even have the infrastructure to uphold their SLA’s and by more I mean about R400 more. Just sinister, daylight *******!

Do your self a favour and run when you see this fibre service provider. I've been waiting now for over a week for a power cable to be delivered to my unit. The consultants helping me with this are useless. They keep telling me that the technicians are going to deliver it at a certain time and the technicians don't arrive on the agreed time wasting my time. When they arrange another day for me and I stipulate the time they need to come they agree and just don't show up. This is horrible service. I am unable to connect fibre at my unit until this is resolved but the people at Celerity couldn't be bothered. I try calling the consults nobody is picking up. Lies, empty promises, no support & poor service is what you can expect from this network company. Good luck!

The fact that it has been 2 weeks to install connection, no communication/update whatsoever is really frustrating making working from home a nightmare. Please improve your turnaround. You can not pride yourself with offering proper effective services to estate and then having to wait such a long time for a simple connection. What’s even annoying is being told about a waiting list, what are you a university institution? Please do better

The Celerity Infrastructure is a failure it is down for in excess of 7 and half hours every single day. Celerity cannot provide services in terms of legal contract or the SA Consumer Act 2008.
