Celerity Networks Poor Customer Service

Do your self a favour and run when you see this fibre service provider. I've been waiting now for over a week for a power cable to be delivered to my unit. The consultants helping me with this are useless. They keep telling me that the technicians are going to deliver it at a certain time and the technicians don't arrive on the agreed time wasting my time. When they arrange another day for me and I stipulate the time they need to come they agree and just don't show up. This is horrible service. I am unable to connect fibre at my unit until this is resolved but the people at Celerity couldn't be bothered. I try calling the consults nobody is picking up.

Lies, empty promises, no support & poor service is what you can expect from this network company. Good luck!
