Delayed Delivery on store card
I'm so disappointed by the delayed delivery on my store card. You would think businesses would want us to spend as soon as possible but no you withhold the store card way past the promised delivery duration. I am contemplating closing my account based on this experience alone.

Incorrect missed payment listing on credit record
Due to a missed debit, I called into Vodacom and requested that a manual payment be triggered so I can settle the amount due as per debit order. Thereafter, they sent me a payment link via sms and I paid the outstanding amount and I was told my account reflects as up to date. However, come the first week of the month I get a notification from the credit bureau that I missed a payment for that month. I have been trying to call in to have this issue rectified as it is negatively impacting my credit record incorrectly as I made the manual payment. I have called countless times and received now assistance. I'm disappointed with the poor service and will definitely not be renewing my contract with them.

STAY AWAY - They don't update your credit record
I urge everyone to stay FAR away from Finchoice if you value piece of mind. They don't update your credit record once your accounts with them have been settled. Instead they ignore calls and resolve email tickets unanswered. I regret dealing with such an unprofessional business.

Terrible Experience with Customer Service.
I have called multiple times in the past week trying to follow up on Refund !!! I was told this would be processed in 7 days and I submitted the refund on the 29th of July already!! Money went off my account when I had already cancelled the policy ! Tried sending the compliance department a query and the mailboxes are all full. This is such poor treatment especially during these financially hard times during covid 19.

WORST RENTAL AGENCY EVER!!!!
I hope no one ever uses this useless and incompetent rental agency. I moved out of my apartment on the 27th December 2019 and I am yet to receive my deposit. Douw van der Westhuizen is the most unhelpful person on earth. I urge everyone to stay away from Huurkor. I will be spreading the word amongst student in Hatfield.
