They deliver without contacting you for availability. Their driver showed up on Friday I wasn’t home. We agreed he would deliver on Monday and now they have closed and I still don’t have my package and it still needs altering before Wednesday.
If there was a negative 5 rating for this business, that’s what I’d choose. It’s been a couple of months since the Ombudsman asked them to pay me back my R7K for a laptop I did not get. The owner is rude, unprofessional and does not understand how agreements work. They also sell outdated electronics at a higher than market price. Stay away from these people.
Their food is under seasoned. They charge you for late pick up but there is no reimbur*****t for their being late of which I had to wait at a said location for over 30 minutes to receive my under season food and sauce. They advertise well, their logistics make no sense.
Sending a shout out to Buffalo logistics for ensuring that my international packages are delivered on time every time. Their service is speedy and their customer service consultants are professional. It feels good to come here to commend.
This ISP loves empty promises. They said we would have a downtime of 2 hours from 2-4pm it’s now 19:30 and we’re still waiting… on a weekend! Not the first time SLA’s are not met and they take long to respond to queries.
Don’t ever choose them as a service provider. They charge more for the same ISP’s and they don’t even have the infrastructure to uphold their SLA’s and by more I mean about R400 more. Just sinister, daylight *******!

I took my car in for repairs paying R22500.00. The car came back with dents of which I asked for them to fix. It took them 2 and half months to book my car in. I finally took it in again on Friday the 15th, Monday morning I call to check and was advised that all is in order. I make one last call in the afternoon to say I am about to go fetch the car, I am told its alright. A couple of minutes later I am called and told that their people in Parkmore bought the wrong paint and therefore my car is still not fixed. My question is: What were they doing with the car all weekend without fixing it? They have the worst service ever! They ruin my car and now I must be inconvenienced for 2 more days. I will not be using them again that's for sure and if anyone ever needs car service, my first advice will be for them not to go to Car service city especially the one in Paulshof.
