Excellent customer service and excellent quality products
I purchased a lounge suite that I saw online but wanted to see the colour and feel the fabric. There was only 1 at the Design Quarters. I went and had a look and was just as the pic was. I immediately purchased it and wanted it by a certain date. The furniture came from PE and on time. The quality and colour is everything. The lady kept calling me and informing me of the status of my order until delivery was made to my door. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the excellent service offered by Cielo. I went back and bought more items to finish the look. My lounge looks like a showroom with this statement piece. Stunning is an under statement !!

Great customer service experience
After desperately scouting around for living room furniture I finally found what I liked at Cielo. However every shade of grey was unavailable in JHB. Chante Burners from PE called me and went through her system, advised there's a 1 seater at Design Quarters as I wanted a true reflection of the shade and feel of fabric so I went into the store. She kept returning my calls following up and through and responding to my mails. She's very efficient and professional, went over and above to assist, very rarely do we experience this type of service. Wandisile at DQ was also very helpful at the store. Very pleased.

Excellent Service..Netstream
I would like to thank Rebecca for consistently providing efficient and excellent customer service. There was an incident where we were being referred to back n forth between the ISP and FNO. Rebecca took the initiative to attend to this even though it was infact NOT a Netstream issue. Tamara is also very helpful. What makes Netstream a cut above the rest is that you actually get through to a human being. They answer calls within reasonable time frames and respond to emails. Excellent fast efficient and effective service!!! 👌
