Paid for and received 12 smashed eggs. 6 calls, 3 emails (including photographic evidence) and 8 days later, I have received no refund nor a replacement. Taking a customer's money for defective product is simply not acceptable. Appalling customer service. That said, reading all these reviews, Woolworths appears to not care about the customer or customer service. We should all be aware of this if we decide to purchase from Woolworths.
Unreliable and unhelpful. Booked trip that they cancelled by phone the day before. Most annoyingly they gave zero help to obtain the 1800 ZAR refund. It was a flight for weeks. This is a lot of money. Do not trust this firm - pick a firm with a better reputation for your trip.
The car hire of choice in Cape Town. Staff are very friendly and event offer coffee and an umbrella if it is raining!
Smooth experience, although did have a charge post handing back that needed to be queried with the team. Awaiting an answer.
Fantastic customer service from the team. No queues and efficient check out at the desk. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at Cape Town international. Thank you
