Placed an order with them on 28 Nov 2023. Received “order confirmation” and update that my order will be delivered first week Dec. After that no response to email, Instagram or Facebook messages. Clearly a ****. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Atrocious after sales service from Dell
I would caution anyone to buy a Dell laptop. The after sales service is absolutely horrendous. After trying to sort out an issue with them via their messaging service for almost 2 months now, they finally sent out a technician to “repair the issue”. Low and behold. He fixed a “Wifi issue” that was logged by Dell and not the issue with my sim card. I never even logged a Wifi issue. I had to cancel meetings this week as you “have to be available for 5 days in a row”. So not only have I lost income because I had to cancel with clients, my issue is also not close to being fixed.
