The staff was rude. I wanted to fit before I paid but the door to the fitting room was barricaded, they claimed to be closed but they could receive my money. I'm so dissatisfied.
I paid for my order and Paxi delivery on 23 January, expecting to get it 7 days later. Instead of receiving the order, I got a text message informing me that it's been sent to a town that is 227 km away from mine (which I was called to spell over the phone). I immediately called (31 January) them to let them know of this error and they said to text on WhatsApp. I did and got the response the following day asking for the code of the Pep in my town and I gave it. 4 days later I texted to follow up and I was asked for the code once again...! 2 days later, the parcel was sent for collection for 11 days later (17 February).
