Secure Chats-A frustration👎
My impression is that the secure chat is intended to be a convenient and efficient way for clients to interact with banking staff and resolve queries. However, the frequent transfers between agents, long wait times and disconnection of chats are counterproductive to achieving a positive customer experience.

Day 7-Still no wifi
Day 7 still no wifi!! Same message gets circulated by ISP every morning and everytime we follow up. No time frame given as to when the service will be restored. Still getting billed though🙃
