Please assist with cancellation
A consultant called to thank me for being with them, when I asked for cancellation process. She hung up on me. It’s been so hard to cancel this insurance

Disappointing Service!
Terrible service, I’ve been waiting for installation of fibre for 3 weeks and every time I enquire I’m being told a ticket has been sent to installers Zoom company but nothing yet. I’m currently on hold for the longest time, being passed on to agents.
