Poor security service potentially puts family at risk

This company is all about promises but very slow to follow through. A gate motor was installed at our property but was found to be faulty after I was stuck outside of my property not once, not twice but thrice due to the fact that I could not gain access because of the faulty motor. I was stuck outside at night with 2 small children in the car for hours! JP was contacted immediately & he said he was on his way...never to have arrived. I have been stranded with my small children on more than one occasion & each time JP has a reason as to why he can't be there now or 'he's on his way' or he sent his friend. If I tell you this guy has a book of excuses it would be an understatement. This has put my children at risk each time we've been stranded in the dark alone. A product that was installed to bring a level of security to our home was the cause of us being put at risk. Not a very good stand point for a 'reliable' business that offers its clients 'security'.
