Updated Review: Gate Weaving
After writing my original review about MCJ Solutions on Saturday, 30 November, the owner of the business contacted me and promised to complete the project. He kept his word and they've completed the project this afternoon. The work was well done. It was a struggle at first, but they've proven to have to capabilities and once committed they will follow through. He has promised me to better his communication skills and time management when accepting and committing to future projects and clients. I'm writing this review in good faith and also because I've promised JP Viljoen to do so after he has completed the project and I'm completely satisfied with his work, which I am. I trust that in future time his clients will have a positive experience from the start.

Updated Review: Gate Weaving

MCJ Solutions - Jeanpierre (JP) Viljoen
Jeanpierre Viljoen from MCJ Solutions is quick to accept a project in order to get the money. In my case it was gate weaving and the painting thereof. It wasn't a major project and the payment was upfront. After being paid he quickly committed to a date for it to be done in the coming week. After making arrangements for them to come he didn't pitch. I struggled to get hold of him, but when I finally did he was apparently stuck at a site in Jhb and he committed to come the next day. After another strugge to get hold of him, he finally dropped one of his workers at my house at about 1pm. The worker was done with the weaving by 14:30. He sat at my house until 5pm before Jeanpierre Viljoen came to fetch him. This was after several failed attempts to get hold of him. When he finally arrived, he told me that it was too late to start with the painting but that he would come the next morning. I've waited the whole Saturday at home in the hope that he would arrive. I've tried phoning and messaged him several times. He blue ticked me, but never responded. It is clear that he wasn't planning on finishing the job he was already paid to do. His lack of commitment and communication is a big concern. He however advertise his services on every possible Facebook community group in both Pretoria and JHB on a regular basis. Please be careful of doing any business with JP Viljoen and MCJ Solutions. If you do, don't even pay him a deposit until all the work is done, no matter how big or small the project might be. He cannot be trusted, not even to communicate with you if he cannot make it or commit to the job on the day agreed on. He does not commit to his clients and his own arrangements made.

Sneakiest person i have ever never met
If i could give 0 stars it would be better! Sneaky, most shocking i have ever experienced. This man has ****** our money and has made multiple promises to pay it back and then just does mot answer. We wanted garage doors installed, he took our deposit to buy the doors and has just never pitched up. After taking him to court, he promised to pay us on a monthly basis, after a month or 2 we are back to being ignored. Do not use this guy. You lose all the way We're opening a police case now

MCJ Solution - K2017468550, registered address is 896 PRETORIA STREET DA****RT. Many bad reviews already. JeanPierre Viljoen owner / Director is a terrrible business man with many excuses,lies and cant keep his word. He does all kind of repairwork. He re-installed our aircons in a new building, however all of them dont work as he didnt do a proper installation. Do not use him at all. His excuses is broken down bakkie or he is looking for aircon gas. Promises on promises. STAY FAR AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY!

JeanPierre Viljoen owner / Director is a terrrible business man with many excuses,lies and cant keep his word. He does all kind of repairwork. Cant believe this horrible service!!!!!
From the beginning they gave is poor service, excuses from our bakkie has broke down dont anwer the phone when we as customers need to phone to find out what is going on. Never on time. Today was final straw they didnt even pitch to do a job blaming the weather, where I feel they could have still come do the job and then just rearrange for the spraypainting in another day. And it is not even raining. Requested my money back but are still waiting. I wont recommend this company at all!!! What a horrible experience.

Was hired to repair my gate rail
Was hired to repair my gate rail. Repair was done but not completed. After a week of many excuses they never came back to repair the gate. Money was paid upfront.

Poor security service potentially puts family at risk
This company is all about promises but very slow to follow through. A gate motor was installed at our property but was found to be faulty after I was stuck outside of my property not once, not twice but thrice due to the fact that I could not gain access because of the faulty motor. I was stuck outside at night with 2 small children in the car for hours! JP was contacted immediately & he said he was on his way...never to have arrived. I have been stranded with my small children on more than one occasion & each time JP has a reason as to why he can't be there now or 'he's on his way' or he sent his friend. If I tell you this guy has a book of excuses it would be an understatement. This has put my children at risk each time we've been stranded in the dark alone. A product that was installed to bring a level of security to our home was the cause of us being put at risk. Not a very good stand point for a 'reliable' business that offers its clients 'security'.

Bad service Jeanpierre Viljoen MC'K Solutions
Jeanpierre Viljoen of MC 'J Solutions started to install a garage door motor for me on 9 March 2019. First the rail was not installed straight and the doors lifted up skew. The second time he broke the gemini traveler part and the rolled up door fell from the rollers. The part was ordered but after 2 weeks still not received. He insists on finalizing the installation, but I do not trust him. Unfortunately I paid him in full for the installation. Please have a lot of patience if you intend using this guy it will take much longer and cost you much more than stated on his quote.
