Router delivered promptly as per time and date arranged. Courier said it is a plug and play system. She did the RICA etc. You really just need to plug it in and connect!! Very satisfied.

Items out of stock no refund
I ordered items in July 2022 and 3 items were out of stock. The full amount of the order has been paid and deducted from my bank statement. I queried it and they said I can get refunded. I sent my banking details and have not received the refund ever since. Almost 3 month later. No refund. Will not use them again as you first pay and then they let you know items are out of stock.

Worst isp ever
This is the worst isp ever. Everytime I top up my data there is a problem. When you phone incompetent consultants help you that cannot do math. All they can do is log an inquiry and you will have to wait. When you cancel and ask them to confirm cancellation, you hear nothing from them. They do not communicate. Please dont use them if you dont want to fight everytime.

Bad service Jeanpierre Viljoen MC'K Solutions
Jeanpierre Viljoen of MC 'J Solutions started to install a garage door motor for me on 9 March 2019. First the rail was not installed straight and the doors lifted up skew. The second time he broke the gemini traveler part and the rolled up door fell from the rollers. The part was ordered but after 2 weeks still not received. He insists on finalizing the installation, but I do not trust him. Unfortunately I paid him in full for the installation. Please have a lot of patience if you intend using this guy it will take much longer and cost you much more than stated on his quote.
