Rental scammers
I was looking for a rental apartment at Riverside then a friend referred me to Pulse Living which he saw at property 24 I called to enquire then I was invited to go view the place which I did. The lady explained everything to however she didn’t mention that I had to pay R100 for the credit checks. So then she sent the application forms whereby I have to pay R1000 for administration and R100 for them to do credit checks which I did not understand as why it’s not included in the administration fee. I paid the R100 then 5 minutes after my application was declined due to the fact that they couldn’t verify my banking transactions which doesn’t make sense. Then I called the lady asking for clarification she couldn’t answer me, I can’t believe I was scammed by these people. I called my bank which is discovery and my co applicant also called her bank they confirmed that everything is correct on the bank statements so I want my refund back you can’t eveN explain which bank transactions you can not verify I wan my R100 back 😡😡😡
