Perfect service
Michelle Theron works for Continental China, and I often need quotations from her. Her service is simply amazing, and I have my quotation within an hour! Service like that is rare, but very appreciated!!

Amazing service
We often need quotations for paint, art & craft items. The staff at Dala are always happy to help, and asking for a quotation, they really render the most amazing service!! I would recommend them wholeheartedly..

Carefully optimistic
I eventually received my order after waiting for 2 weeks. An on-line shop needs to be quicker than 2 weeks lead time, especially when your client is breathing down your neck wanting know where their products are!!

Unsatisfactory service
I ordered products on 7 February 2023, and I called and sent messages to ascertain where the products were as I needed them urgently. I received a tracking number for the products today, but I had to submit the products last week!!
