Bothasig Clinic terrible srevice to the community
This was my third and last time I will go there. You are treated with disrespect from mist of the staff. Why give a person an appointment if you cant stick to the times given. When asking the dr how far behind he is with his appointments he tells you thst there are no appointments. Elderlt people sitting there from 7:30 and stll haven seen a dr at 12pm. When I approached one of the nurses to find out what was going on. She informed me that it doesnt matter if you have an appointment it doesn't mean the dr will see you at thst time you must just dit and wait. If you dont want to waut then go somewhere else. You have no privacy when in with the dr as the dtaff just walk in to chat to with the dr. The service is really bad there. This clinic really has to jack up their service and attitude.

This is beyond a joke. can these people not get things fixed. How are we supposed to cook and feed our kids. some of us work all day and come home to four hours and then some people don't have load shedding at all. Put the ministers on load shedding and see how fast this problem gets fixed
