NRG Port Elizabeth - Communication is very bad
Their management and communication is very bad and they do not comply with the CPA standards. They let out places where they have no agents.

For safety do not insure with them
For the safety of your family do not insure with these people, hit a brick in the road with my son in the car and had a instant flat. the one wheel nut was so tight it bent the wheel spanner, i phoned Dotsure 3 time for road side help and no answer.
