Zuki Pet has no contact number and they don't respond to e-mails. I placed an ordered on 20 March 2025 and the wrong cat food was delivered. I e-mailed Zuki Pet on 22 March 2025, asking for collection of the wrong food but no response came. It is 28 March 2025 and I have not heard back and have since had to buy my kittens other kitten food from a different store. This non communication is unacceptable. The cost of my order was close to R1000. To spend more money to ensure your pets eat, because a company cannot deliver the items you order or even exchange them is unacceptable. I am disappointed and agitated because if you don't have a call centre, at least respond to your mails and fix your mistakes.
