I had the engine warning light , I took the car for diagnosis and repair since I took an extended Warranty cover from Innovation Group. The Innovation declined to pay for diagnosis, I fail to understand how do they expect the car to be repaired without proper diagnosis. From the amount I am covered for the component to be replaced, they only paid 63%. Meaning the was still 37% of amount to pay for all relevant job done.
I have been told that Pylontech lithium battery is the best in the Market. THAT IS A LIE, PYLONTECH BATTERY IS TERRIBLE. THE BATTERY DOESN'T EVEN LAST FOR MERE 12 Months WITHOUT GIVING YOU SERIOUS TROUBLES. NO ONE WILL HELP AT ALL. I HAVE A 3000C WICH ALWAYS SWITCHES OF AS THE SUN GOES DOWN, I RUN MY SYSTEM OFF GRID. WHICH MEANS EVERY EVENING THERE'S NO POWER IN THE HOUSE, THIS STARTED WHEN THE BATTERY WAS MERELY 9 MONTHS IN MY HOUSE AND I HAD BEEN TOLD TO RESTART IT MORE OFTEN, BUT NOW THE BATTERY IS USELESS IN JUST 24 MONTHS YET WE ARE PROMISED A LIFESPAN OF 15 YEARS. STAY AWAY FROM PYLONTECH LITHIUM BATTERIES...
I have insured my car with Innovation Group warranty plan and other services as well. I am impressed with the service and commitment I received up to now. When I send a quiry, they effectively engage me. I had my car fixed through their warranty and am thankful.
I 've never had to get service from such a disgrace service provider. I am still waiting for a mere feedback from Mayfair Silverton, I haven since took my car to them on second week of January 2023. They are very arrogant and don't care about customers. Please never take your car for gearbox repair to Mayfair gearboxes.
They provide the poorest service ever on gearbox repairs. I took my car to the Silverton branch on the 14/01/2023, till today they haven't completed the repairs. They always make up excuses not yo do their job. They literally took 4 weeks yo give a quote, then its been 4 weeks now waiting for a repair yo be completed. I haven't had my car for almost 9 weeks now and I don't believe it will be properly fixed either.
I took a service plan with them 2022 May 20th but now when the car has to go for service I am told that my Service plan was not activated. I've been calling their call centre asking for rectification on their side but got no assistance at all. It's been 4 weeks since I call them, and have talked to more than 8 consultants but still not helping
