Their communication is very bad, on Wednesday the 3rd of January I made a payment to them to pick up some documents from CRC in Pretoria and I was told they would deliver to me on Friday the 5th. I called on Friday to confirm the time for them to deliver, only to find that my delivery or pickup was not booked because the person I spoke to was on sick leave, so she then booked the pick up on Friday the 5th and I would receive on Tuesday the 9th. Tuesday i sent an email to confirm the delivery time, I got a response back saying “you were not booked in the system because there was an email you needed to send back to us” They don’t do a follow up with me until i check up with them the times to deliver on the delivery day. Later on the day i got an email saying they cannot pickup my documents because the driver went to CRC to pickup them up and they can’t find them. So I’m confused because I got a message from CRC saying my documents are ready. I’m really not happy with DHL and their communication , they don’t do the follow up if there was something they needed from me, they wait until I contact them to confirm the delivery.
My father bought a car from KZN cars in Waterfall, and the car had issues they ask him to bring the car back, 3 years ago and when he went back to them to see what was happening, he found an empty building, they moved and he is still paying the monthly instalment of the car, the sales man was Argashan or something …. If anyone knows where to find them please help …. The poor man is still paying for the car that he doesn’t even have.
