Unhappy Empangeni

Good day I hope this complaint will get some action I went in to your Empangeni butchery today to see if it will be a shop that I can buy all my meat from at first I was a very happy customer and had almost R600 of meat in my trolley. When we got to the teller they said there is something wrong with the price per KG because they had specials the day before but all the meat was still on shelves. So then they went to change the pricing that I was not happy about because the price you see is the price you pay. So I want to know is it normal bussiness practice for your company to adjust pricing at the till? I called the manager and his response was I must just bear with him and he refused to change the price to the price the items were marked at. Just to inform you I will never shop at one of your shops if that is the way you treat customers and I will make sure not to recomend your bussines to anyone. I will rather drive 200Km from Empangeni to buy my meat than to support your company. Looking forward to hearing from you.
