Not sure what happened to Webafrica service. I have referred many people to them over tine as they used to be ok, today there service is non existent. I have ordered a service from them >10 business days ago, what is supposed to be a simple phone call giving them an object number and banking details for a fibre service at a free standing property, all they should be doing is sending a pre programmed router. Thus far i have had to call them daily to just get the same story, don't worry we will sort it out in 24/48 hours. To make matters worse is they only have a whatsapp service after 5pm Monday to Friday. I have to speak to BOT and the. A human says how can I help you just to never respond, where eventually I get someone else to respond just to say 24/48 hours story. I have no other choice now but to call other providers like Afrihost or cool ideas, maybe even axxess who all have a form of customer service. If you wondering what ISP to go for, don' make the same mistake as me.
