Unauthorized Credit check dropping my Credit Score

Nothing was resolved they did not even call me to follow up.I am cancelling my card with them as soon as I have time.I did not even send my payment to the account I have with them.I can not afford to have a stupid bank performing credit check without my permission

Hi, who authorised FNB MBG Multi Product (Card / Cheque / RCP To do credit checks on me dropping my credit score.What is it.I am not happy, I am having my card cancelled with them tomorrow
