Absolutely terrible customer service, had to give my camera in twice and both times I had the worst service ever. There is NO communication on what is happening with your camera, how long it's going to take, just nothing. They had my camera for a month and I had to call every single time to find out what's happening, my camera sat there for almost two weeks before they started to look at it. This is not okay for customer service.
