They have been taking R140 from my account every month,and yet they didn't deliver the data as promised. Fortunately this month they couldn't,my account has 2 accounts,so I moved every cent to the other account.
This is the second time that im experiencing a problem with a delivery from aramex. They delay with delivering parcels and they dont do follow ups. They dont deliver on the promised date from the shop.
I ordered and paid for a 5g router on 16 February and I have not received it even today. When I call them I don't have a straight answer. I have been sent from pillar to post.
