We went to the store at about past 7 at night just a couple of minutes before they close and I was amazed at the great service we received from the lady who was helping us to weigh the chicken livers we bought, to the lady who was packing the fresh vegetables section how she assisted us with passion and last but not least Nhlanhla at the till who was so jolly and made a lasting impression that we definitely want to be regulars at the store. Keep up the good work guys, great customer service is rare to find nowadays and I appreciate it so much.ππ
I did my bus card at Sammy Marks yesterday morning and loaded my card so that I could use it today when I stepped into the bus to tap my card there was an error message and I couldn't get on the bus and had to make other means to get to work. It seems like my card was not properly registered, of which caused such an inconvenience for me. I am so disappointed in this system and someone needs to be accountable for thisπ‘
We at Jet Menlyn and received poor service from Zanele Jiyane who wasn't willing to assist us in looking for a price for a dress that we want to buy, she gave us a lame excuse that the system is closed 45minutes before the store closes. She was very rude and has a very bad attitude to us. The Manager had to come help us, and still couldn't find the price for the item, apparently it was part of a set of which no longer exist but is on the floor for customers to purchase. Highly disappointed with floor standards
I was from submitting my UIF Maternity documents at the Department of Labour, from 08:00 in the morning, sitting being uncomfortable in a long que where I was only assisted at 13:00. I decided to take a taxi to town, Pretoria CBD to see what groceries that are on special that I can get at Pick n Pay, Tramshed. Yho! I couldn't believe the long que I had to wait again, and I had decided to leave the shopping for another day cause I was extremely tired and hungry. Phela, I'm 8 months pregnant ;-) I searched my wallet only to realise I need cash to go home, oh my Gosh!!! Luckily there was a till packer who was passing by my que and she noticed me and asked how she can help me, and I told her that I need cash back at the till. She told me to follow her she'll find a cashier who can help me because she doesn't want me to cause problems for them and give birth while standing in the que. So we got to the cashier ( it's a pitty I forgot her name) but I clearly remember the tillpacker's name was CLEOPATRA so they kindly helped me, we even ended up joking and laughing about how much it would be a chaotic situation if I had to suddenly give birth while waiting in such a long que. The two ladies were so kind and showed GOODNESS to me that Pick n Pay prides itself in. The staff are clean and represent a good image in their uniform and name tags, easy to spot for assistance too. Even the store standards for a busy day like yesterday were exceptional xem. Please, Please, Please reward those two ladies cause of the passion and ubuntu they display for their job. I will also go back and thank them personally. I've never in all of my pregnancies ( this is my third, by the way) received such special assistance in a retail store. That's why I wanted to make sure I write this review. Thank You so much, Pick n Pay!!!! Your service even exceeds the service we receive in Government places.
