I recently ordered some guitar spares from Cape town (to JHB) which took over 5 days. On 15th of March a parcel in Durban was supposed to be collected and delivered to me in JHB - this was sent to Umtata which took 29 hours. It sat there then was sent to Port Elizabeth (hey guys I am in JHB). Where it sat until they decided to send it to UMTATA again (excuse me did you not hear nor read instructions - I am in JHB). It was in Umtata from Fri 22nd and eventually was redirected to ...... ta daaaaaa drum roll please... CAPE TOWN, yes CT not JHB (urrrrmmmm did you not hear me? have you not realised by now I am in JHB). I am shocked at the absolute incompetence. When you make inquiry and need to know what is happening or where parcel is - all they respond with "its in transit" - or "its been redirected". Dont they know where JHB is, or do they drive around in circles hoping one day to eventually come across a town called JHB
What an amazing company to deal with. I would like to single out Jeandre - he was patient, courteous, ensured that I made the right choice - he would check stock and would communicate back to me immediately. Pity I cannot give a 10 star rating. Living in JHB and they in Cape Town, some other shops might have said "dude show your money first" not with Music Experience, they were friendly and courteous at all times, making sure they had what I was interested in - once deal was done delivery was swift - thank you guys - super impressed
