Black child's health matters!
Even today at Veritas college Springs -Preparatory allows dogs in the school premises after my child got sick and still not even 70% fine. And the **** that there are no dogs and that my child got sick from something else.

Black child's life matter!!!
A grade one child's life in danger at Veritas College Springs Preparatory School!!! I am still shocked and traumatised by the HOD & a Teacher("mothers for that matter") at Veritas College Springs, who called me for a meeting as per my request, only to deceive me after my child had an asthma attack caused by an allergic reaction she suffered after being exposed to a dog that the teacher knows very well that the child is allergic to. There is not even a single sign nor awareness about dogs not allowed at school,yet I was told that dogs are not allowed.. Parent/s walk in and out of school with dogs that sometimes kids play with, as they are found and can be seen in the same waiting area that our kids wait for parents to collect them. The Security guard at the school gate confirmed a parent or two getting in the school premises with their dogs.. "Because the principal doesn't have a problem with that, as I quote him" . But all that was denied by the teacher & the HOD, yet my daughter was followed by that black & white dog that was seen by many in the school premises. The pain of hearing my daughter explain how it all happened :(( mummy : I heard the dog panting behind me and it was a black & white dog mama.When I asked her to find out where exactly she was. In the school yard walking to hug my friend ma, she said. After all this, the school had nothing to say. And after denying and misleading me with all the lies I was told. Yet they say "our children's lives are their top priority at Veritas Colleges Springs". And this is not the first time she got sick from the dog that was at school. And Worse, I saw a parent walking with a dog in the school premises STILL, within a week and the same day my daughter was back at school. Trust Veritas College Springs to sell you a *** in a poke nor leave you with unnecessary medical bills and risking an innocent 7 year old child's life,without even saying sorry! It took me back to the pain we both suffered when she had cancer at 12months... If only they know how painful and traumatic it was for me watching my child suffering from pain and telling me how she doesn't want to die. I recorded her praying to Jesus to heal her repeatedly. My child missed school/work for 4 days,and couldn't go to church nor play with her friends. And I guess as silent as they are,they are expecting me to let sleeping dogs lie!!! On top of that I had to remind the teacher for her school work so that she can catch up at home, guess what? We only got that Thursday afternoon and I guess I wouldn't have got the work still if I didn't call the school that very Thursday morning, yet the sick note was sent to her on Tuesday morning,that the child will only be back at school Friday. I would like to know if Veritas College springs know how serious asthma is, if you care about my child's health and I would also like to know how much does a domestic dog pays to be at school if what they are doing is not negligence?

SICK AND TIRED OF EXPLOITERS!!
Multi choice has been so excellent in taking peoples money and investing..or paying their *********** stuff. It's more than six months now,still waiting to hear from them with my refund after being down graded from compact to easy package. Last month they disconnected me & when I called them,they couldn't answer nor explain why was I disconnected while I have a credit of R649 that I paid in advance on the 23 Feb 2023 for March and their gratitude was to down grade me to a R30 package in February. Miraculously so,they decided to reconnect without an apology nor explaining what went wrong cause I have a lot of credit that will last me for months on their precious package they saw it perfect for me, after being kept on hold for an 1hr:20:05s ... Been good with their pathetic services, they disconnected me again this month- September.When I called them they kept me on hold not been able to explain "AGAIN" why am I disconnect again and how may times do I have to be calling every month with 1 and the same problem,no answer still! Instead all I hear is that I am being charged for services that I am not using and when I ask why,they don't know, dam exploiters! How stupid can one be to use PVR services on a R30 package! Lincoln Both kept me on hold for more that an hour for me to speak to his team leader and told me that he's gonna have to listen to my calls and come back to me. I guess he's even getting a bonus listening to my calls this today and God knows til when. I want my money!!! Multi choice deserves nothing but hell!

You are fake!
Even today I haven't being refunded my money I paid on the 23 Feb 2023 for March compact package,only to be down graded to easy package before the last day of the month of Feb without my concern. The call I recieved was just a bluff & being taken for a ride by multi with their I competent workers.

Stop send survey that you don't even follow up on and stop taking my money to pay your incompetent stuff!!
I have been a loyal Multichoice customer for more than 12 years. Tolerant with their bad service til it got to a point were all the do is take my money and give me nonsense! They even fail to sort out nor fix their wrong doing with a loyal customer. They change my package without my concern & worse disconnected my package before the end of the last day of the month and told me that it's because I didn't pay for the new month, when I have paid for March on the 23 February'23. It's been 3days trying to log my complain and the cut my calls twice. Today I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes for what? Only God knows!!! What is wrong with Multichoice?
