Keep getting spam called by this company. I was told my information would be removed after it was clear I did not give them consent and I am still getting phoned. Disgusting.
Great experience and great products. The website is transparent and easy to use. Ricky was incredibly easy and pleasant to deal with.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TELKOM. If I could give negative stars I would. I recently renewed my contract online by applying for a deal ON TELKOM'S WEBSITE - A13 Double Deal with Smart Watch and Samsung A8 tablet. I was then told that a consultant would contact me to complete the online order since Telkom's website is awful and I kept getting logged out. This consultant got the phone wrong three separate times, which I corrected. He also mentioned the incorrect deal (just the phone) and I specified multiple times that I wanted the DEAL, I was not interested in just the phone. He assured me I would receive the deal. To no surprise, when my order was delivered, there was no tablet or watch. I then contacted Telkom and was directed to a consultant. She informed me that the first consultant did not make any notes about the order. I explained the situation to her, and she mentioned she had emailed her manager and they would review the transcript and then get back to me in 24 hours with their response (whether I would get the deal or not). Again, no surprise, no one ever bothered to get back to me. I then phoned again three days later to follow up. The consultant informed me there was no issue logged. I then explained the situation to him, and he gave me the advice to contact the online orders email with the deal attached. He was as helpful as he could be and was about the only consultant I dealt with that seemed to know anything or wanted to genuinely help. Two days later, I get an email response. It basically said "The deal you mentioned doesn't exist on our system, also the watch only comes with a different, also the tablet you mentioned is out of stock". THE DEAL YOU ATTACHED TO THIS TELKOM FROM AN OFFICIAL TELKOM EMAIL THAT LINKS TO THE OFFICIAL TELKOM WEBSITE DOES NOT EXIST. They then sent an immediate follow up saying my query had been resolved and ended the thread. I was actually shocked. At this point, I am fuming and contemplating telling Telkom to **** off and cancel my contract. But again, I phoned and got put through to another consultant. Explained the situation, to which she basically responded, "There are no notes about this on the order" and "But you said you were happy". WHEN? So I asked to speak to someone higher up that could actually help me, only to be told they "weren't on the floor". How convenient. They then have the audacity to email me and if I'm satisfied with my resolution. WHAT RESOLUTION? Telling me a deal that I linked which is on their site doesn't exist? All in all, I have never had a positive experience with Telkom. Almost every consultant I've ever dealt with has told me they "logged a fault" only to phone again days later to be told it was resolved without my knowledge or didn't exist. Absolutely pathetic. Dealing with Telkom is like smashing your head against a concrete wall.
OnePlan Insurance is a great insurance company! They are incredibly friendly, quick to respond and very helpful! I dealt with Shannen Mc Pherson and it was a nice, easy experience! 10/10
