Long wait for "fast food"
My wife ordered a meal online and received the order confirmation at 18:54, the sms read that the meal would only be ready at 20:24. Seriously! An hour and a half to prepare "fast food". And nowhere online does it allow you to cancel the order neither does it advise you on a waiting time online before finalizing your order. When phoning into the store the person was clueless to help and my wife was just told that they were busy with orders. I would strongly not recommend anyone to purchase from this fast food chain.
